Hello and Welcome!

I am Elena Sautkina, Psychologist and Mindfulness Teacher.

A few words about me:

I have trained as a Psychologist for many years (BSc, MSc, MPhil and PhD), and have worked since 2004 in the areas of Clinical, Social, Environmental and Health psychology.

In 2010, I became interested in Mindfulness, and had a good great fortune to study and practice, ever since, under direct guidance of some world-renowned mindfulness teachers.

I became a Mindfulness teacher myself in 2016, and have been teaching in the UK, Nepal and Russia.

I am part of international scientific networks that investigate the mechanisms and effects of Mindfulness Practice.
